Effective date: August 5, 2026

Transformation with Disa respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit this website, contact me, or use my services.

This policy is intended to reflect the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy requirements.

1. Information collected

I may collect personal information that you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, information submitted through a contact or registration form, communications with me, and information needed to arrange or provide services.

When you make a payment, PayPal processes your payment information. I may receive your name, email address, payment status, amount paid, and transaction details, but I do not receive or store your complete credit-card or PayPal account credentials.

Squarespace, which hosts this website, may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages visited, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

Please do not include sensitive, confidential, or urgent information in the general website contact form.

2. How information is used

I may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries;

  • arrange and provide coaching, groups, events, or other services;

  • schedule appointments and send service-related communications;

  • process and document payments;

  • operate, protect, understand, and improve the website and services;

  • send newsletters or updates when you have chosen to receive them; and

  • meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or other legitimate business obligations.

I will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without consent unless permitted or required by law.

3. Service providers and disclosure

I use third-party services to operate the website and provide services:

  • Squarespace provides website hosting, forms, analytics, and related website functions.

  • Google Workspace supports business email, calendar, documents, and administration.

  • Zoom provides online meetings and coaching sessions.

  • PayPal processes payments.

These providers may process personal information as needed to deliver their services and according to their own privacy policies and terms.

I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. I may disclose information to a service provider acting on my behalf, with your consent, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Information about confidentiality and privacy within a coaching relationship is provided in the applicable coaching agreement.

4. Information processed outside Canada

Squarespace, Google, Zoom, PayPal, or their service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States or other countries. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country’s laws and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or government authorities in accordance with those laws.

5. Cookies and analytics

Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate and secure this website. Depending on the website settings and your choices, Squarespace may also use analytics or performance cookies to provide information about website traffic and use.

Where available, you can manage optional cookies through the website’s cookie banner. You can also adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some website functions may not work as intended.

6. Consent and communication choices

By providing personal information, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure for the purposes explained at the time of collection and in this policy.

You may withdraw consent to optional uses, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may limit my ability to provide certain services.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting me. You may still receive communications needed to respond to an inquiry or administer an existing service or transaction.

7. Safeguards and retention

I use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of electronic communication or storage is completely secure.

I retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or legitimate business requirements. When information is no longer required, I will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it, subject to technical limitations such as routine system backups.

8. Access and correction

You may ask whether I hold personal information about you and request access to or correction of that information. I may need to verify your identity before responding. Access may be limited where permitted or required by law.
