1:1 Somatic Coaching

10-Session Arc of Transformation

Somatic coaching begins with an initial arc of ten approximately one-hour sessions. This gives us time to clarify what you want from coaching and why it matters, notice familiar patterns, develop new capacities, and practice bringing different responses into everyday life.

We revisit the direction of the work throughout the arc and close by reflecting on what has changed, what you are learning, and what you want to carry forward.

Privacy and confidentiality

What you share during coaching is treated as confidential. I will not disclose the content of our sessions without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

Before coaching begins, we will review confidentiality, its limits, and how your personal information is handled. Further details are included in the coaching agreement and my Privacy Policy.

Practice-client rate

As I complete the qualifying phase of my certification, I am offering a limited number of practice-client spaces at $25 per session- or $250 for the full 10-session arc.

Sessions are offered online via Zoom and in person by arrangement.
